Mr. Gaudio's experience in the retail construction business reaches back nearly 35 years, from his early hands-on experience with carpentry and construction through 20 years of project management. He has managed hundreds of projects in retail, commercial and healthcare.

Rodney A. Farrell, Jr. - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Farrell offers over 15 years of experience in the retail construction business. He has designed hundreds of stores, hundreds of thousands of square feet, and managed millions of dollars of construction. He has been involved in all facets of retail development and construction: the site selection and survey; prototype design; fixture design; construction documentation; signage design; merchandising; estimating; permitting; and construction administration.
Mr. Farrell manages the general operations for Gaudio & Associates; including accounting, work flow and job coordination. He also provides expert witness testimony for construction practices and procedures.
Mr. Farrell is the designated general contractor licensee and holds the state and local qualifications as listed on our licenses page.

Michelle Farrell - Communications Director
Ms. Farrell has over 15 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising and public relations. She has developed comprehensive communications campaigns for numerous companies and been an integral component in both business development and relationship management with some of the largest corporations in the United States.
Ms. Farrell provides IT support for Gaudio & Associates in addition to her responsibilities for all corporate communications.

Lynne Sarota - Project Manager / Estimator
Ms. Sarota has been a construction project manager for nearly 15 years. She has handled all aspects of the construction process and has worked on a large variety of projects over the years, some with budgets in excess of $10 million. Her keen attention to detail and tremendous knowledge of the industry enable her to offer clients a top-notch manager who knows how to get the job done and keep the project on-schedule and on-track.
